a drought within a dearth of my earth

what if my ground was not ground herself

I see through my socks

moving mass furious ferocity

it's always been there it's always been there it's always been there

its always been there

there's here now

we move and grip

we form and shape

we sound what is bound

we watch her socks as they become mine

and we know

bountiful ground is not just ground

she is space she is air she is sun she is care

she is reach she is choice

she is water with voice

perhaps my ground is groundless grace

space
